Who We Are
Watergenics is an innovative company based in Berlin that combines high-tech real-time sensors and AI in a water analytics platform. We are a data company that measures water-quality parameters to create actionable predictive analytics for the natural resource extraction industry and for environmental monitoring. Currently, our customers are mainly in the mining and desalination industries. Since its birth 4 years ago in the hallways of the European Commission in Brussels, the company has grown to a team of 15, and it is further expanding.
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Post-Sales Coordinator with a strong technical background or understanding. In this role, you will manage and streamline our post-sales processes, ensuring smooth customer transitions from sales to support, and fostering strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for coordinating post-sales activities across multiple languages: Spanish, German, and English.
Your Responsibilities
- Post-Sales Coordination: Oversee and coordinate all post-sales activities, ensuring efficient follow-up and seamless support to meet customer needs.
- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance or liaise with the technical team to address product-related inquiries, helping clients understand and make the best use of our solutions.
- Customer Relationship Management: Act as a point of contact for post-sales issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improving post-sales processes, proposing solutions to optimize efficiency and customer experience.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of post-sales interactions and prepare reports to track and measure the effectiveness of post-sales activities.
Your Profile
- Proficiency in Spanish, German, and English.
- Understanding of technical products or systems, with the ability to explain complex concepts to clients.
- Strong ability to manage multiple post-sales activities and prioritize tasks.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer support and fostering positive client relationships.
- Motivated to collaborate within interdisciplinary projects spanning all over the world
- Excellent communication skills to manage relations with partners
- Methodical, accurate and organized
- Highly motivated and self-driven
- Passionate about natural ecosystems and their restoration
- Fluent spoken and written English & German
- Driving license is a plus
